Here’s how the highly anticipated FVG Via Dei Sapori DINNER-SHOW went, which took place last night in Grado.
Twenty-one renowned chefs from the Region prepared dishes inspired by Friulian cuisine live in front of the audience, accompanied by some of the most iconic labels from our local wineries.
We participated with our COLLIO BIANCO COL DISÔRE 2018 RUSSIZ SUPERIORE, paired with the culinary proposal from Trattoria Tre Merli: delicious saffron and burrata surmulled-stuffed gnocchi.
