Bright and golden in hue, this rich, medium-bodied white layers mouthwatering acidity with flavors of apple tarte Tatin, Meyer lemon peel, exotic cardamom and clove spices, crystallized honey and chamomile. Long and silky, with good drive on the smoke-tinged finish. Drink now through 2029.
