Dinner-show FVG Via dei Sapori 2023

Here’s how the dinner-show at Castello di Spessa in collaboration with FVG Via dei Sapori went!
On Wednesday, July 5th, we were part of the team that created a menu 100% made in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The products from the Artisans of the Region were carefully paired with wines from the most famous local wineries, including our very own COLLIO BIANCO MOLAMATTA MARCO FELLUGA.
We paired our label with the delicious products of the Restaurant al Ponte: cherry gnocchetti, cinnamon, butter, and hazelnut 🍽️
