Last Monday, October 21, the prestigious Three Forks event by Gambero Rosso was held at the St. Regis in Rome, on the occasion of the presentation of the new Ristoranti d’Italia 2025 guide.
Paired with the dishes of the award-winning chefs were some of Italy’s finest labels, including our Russiz Superiore Collio Bianco Col Disôre 2020.
