When I began my career as a taster, the legendary Gino Veronelli often used the term ‘bouquet’ to describe the complexity and fragrant spiciness that could emanate from a wine. But the wines of that time did not have the olfactory cleanliness and stainless fragrance that such a term implied.
This wine, on the other hand, reveals them truly, sun-drenched, and I dedicate it to the memory of the great Gino to whom I owe my wonderful work. Honor and hats off to the producer.”
