Sauvignon Russiz Superiore, an excellence

The Sommelier Aberto Zacconi explains on RivistAmica the origins of Sauvignon, a cultivation arrived in Italy in the first half of the 19th century, and then it found ideal conditions in the Collio hills. Among the excellences of this variety, he indicates the Russiz Superiore Collio Sauvignon, because “it’s worth trying”.
