After a chilly spring, we anticipated a late harvest, but the summer heat pushed us to start early, with the first picking on August 16th<\/strong>, dedicated to Sauvignon Blanc.<\/p>\n The quality of this year’s grapes is expected to be exceptional, and if the weather cooperates, the harvest will continue until late October.
