Both spring and early summer, up until June, were also marked by heavy precipitation.<\/p>\n<p>July brought variable weather, with alternating days of rain and periods of intense heat and sunshine.<\/p>\n<p>August, on the other hand, was dominated by heat almost the entire month.<\/p>\n<p>After a chilly spring, we anticipated a late harvest, but the summer heat pushed us to start early, with the first picking on <strong>August 16th<\/strong>, dedicated to Sauvignon Blanc.<\/p>\n<p>The quality of this year&#8217;s grapes is expected to be exceptional, and if the weather cooperates, the harvest will continue until late October.
