Wines with impressively powerful extraction qualities, followed by a harmonious balance of acidity and smooth flavor, and ultimately transformed enologically with stainless clarity.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>This is how the COLLIO SAUVIGNON 2022 is enjoyed, so enveloping and majestic, the COLLIO RIBOLLA GIALLA 2022, so stainless and pure, the COLLIO FRIULANO 2022, both rich and seductive at the same time.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Four outstanding wines of exceptional quality, among the very best Italian whites: COLLIO PINOT GRIGIO 2022 with its Alsace grand cru profile; COLLIO PINOT BIANCO 2022, so immaculate and clean with notes of floral delicacy, COLLIO PINOT BIANCO RISERVA 2020 with phenomenal smoothness. The best is COLLIO BIANCO COL DIS\u00d4RE 2020.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>When I began my career as a taster, the legendary Gino Veronelli often used the term &#8216;bouquet&#8217; to describe the complexity and fragrant spiciness that could emanate from a wine. But the wines of that time did not have the olfactory cleanliness and stainless fragrance that such a term implied.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>This wine, on the other hand, reveals them truly, sun-drenched, and I dedicate it to the memory of the great Gino to whom I owe my wonderful work.
