\u00a0We are a sustainable winery: we are not using herbicides and we have a solar panel that covers almost all the energy that we need at the Russiz Superiore winery.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

And Chr Hansen has significantly helped us make a progress. Thanks to their yeasts and bacteria<\/strong> that we use for bio-protection<\/strong>, we were able to explore new oenological horizons that are well integrated into our traditional winemaking protocols.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
