We would like to thank our friends of AIS Veneto for the wonderful event of the 11th of May, which focused on PINOT BIANCO, an extremely special grape variety for us.
The writer and wine expert Matteo Bellotto, who led the tasting, described this varietal of great elegance as follows: “It’s like a Friulian dressed up for a party, like a gentle soul, well-mannered, and that’s why it risks going unnoticed; an immigrant who has learned Friulian without losing his original accent.”
The tasting included wines from six wineries that decided to join forces to preserve Pinot Bianco and to highlight its intrinsic characteristics:

Toros Vini
The selection included a 2021 vintage Pinot Bianco and a Riserva for each winery.
